The most Amazing artist. The Creator of every living thing.

Most of us love to "people watch", right? Well, as I sat back in Cabo, and "people watched," I started thinking of how God created everything unique and different. From human beings and personalities, to flowers and trees, there's nothing exactly the same. Wow! This blew me away. I shamefully never really pondered on just how creative my God is. He's what you call an artist.

My sister and I are identical twins. We look alike, but of course, not exact. We have different likes and dislikes. What motivates her doesn't me, and what motivates me doesn't her. We have similar personalities but not exact. We balance each other out. I've always been a little bit more outgoing to her being a bit more timid. I've always made her go first in changing a hairstlye or riding a ride, then I would decide if I could go for it. She's a bit more daring. Seems ironic since she's the one a little more timid right?! I am 1 minute older, so God created me to be motherly. Ha! She hated it and still does. ;) I was created that way from birth though!

It's really mind blowing thinking about how there's no 2 things the exact same. He created us All unique and in His image. He blessed us All with special gifts. That's right. We all have a gift that God gave us to use, but to bring glory to His name.

We have different passions, goals, dreams, and ambitions. And whatever yours is , search it out to bring His Name glory by using it.

Satan comes to kill, steal, and destroy. And you might hear him telling you that you have no gift to use, but I challenge you all to pray hard about your God given gifts and use them. I've been there, hearing satan lie saying I have no gifts and he's even used others to put discouragement in my mind. I've learned so much over the past few months. And the #1 thing I can tell you is keep God first, and at the center of everything your walking through. He will bless, and honor your Trust in Him. Allow your life to touch someone else's.

For His Glory!!!

Hey Guys!! We are so excited to get our blog back going! It's crazy how finding the time to write for 20 minutes a week is so hard! But we want to get back on it because we love sharing what's going on with us and hope you enjoy reading!! ;)

We wanted to share with you how frustrating our vacation started out! We left Jackson at 6:00 am to fly to Dallas, and our final destination was CABO!! Yes, Cabo! A much needed getaway with our wonderful husbands. However, the delays were INSANE! We arrived in Dallas at 7:30 am with a 5 hour layover. As we were about to board, they announced that our flight had been cancelled. WHAT?!?!? Cancelled, Why?? Ginger and myself have always felt when there comes to a bend in the plan, that God is protecting us from something. So although we were disappointed, we still held out hope for an easy arrival to Cabo. We then spent an hour rebooking flights, and were going to fly out at 4:30 pm to Los Angeles because we would get an earlier flight the next morning to Cabo. So, 4:30 pm comes and they say the flight is cancelled!! WHAT?!?!? Not again!!! This time we were devastated! But I kept thinking about Francisca Batastelli's song, "This is the stuff" And I just felt in my spirit that God was still in control! So the four of us just sat there laughing hysterically. Now what? We, of course, decide to rebook again. We got a flight to Burbank, California where we would arrive at midnight (2:00 am our time). Whoaaaa, long day. Oh and btw, no luggage! :( I'm thankful for a bright husband who got insurance in case something like that happened. We got toothbrushes from the hotel in LA. And then woke up the next morning, and used our insurance money to purchase clean clothes! (Thankfully there was a mall in our hotel with an Express!!) Finally at 2:30 on Thursday we were finally on our way to Cabo. Praying our luggage was all there!

Things like this seem to happen to us a lot. I know God is protecting us from something that we can't see, but our Father above does. I'm so grateful for the setback. It was able to build our character AND patience! So even in disappointment, He's got a plan!!

Here's a pic of us in Cabo:

Well, we've been enjoying our time in Destin, even though it has rained all week. :( We've just been playing board games, going to the movies, and, of course, eating!!! Cruz was pumped that he got to shop at Abercrombie & Fitch for the first time. Can't believe he's big enough!! Our kids are all growing up too fast! It's been so much fun here that we kinda don't want to get back to reality. But it will be nice to back in our own beds!! Now we're just gearing up for the Fourth!!!

In honor of the Fourth of July, we are having a storewide sale at ALL MiGi's locations! Saturday, July 3rd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, you can receive 40% OFF the entire store! Be sure to show up early!!!! The hottest styles are going fast!

We hope you all had an amazing Father's Day!! Misti had the entire family over Sunday night to celebrate with our amazing "daddy" and our wonderful husbands! It's always nice to let them know how much we appreciate them! We don't know where we would be without them in our lives!

Well, it's that time of year again! And we're headed to the beach! Yay!!!! As you can imagine, we have already had to begin washing and packing for the trip! Especially me (Ginger), with a fam of 6, I gotta get started early! We can't wait to get there! We always have soooo much fun!

Well, Monday was pretty chaotic! Ginger spent most of the day at the Doctor's office with her daughter Vail. She had been playing with Ellie James, and got her fingers slammed in an 8 foot wooden door!!! No broken bones praise the Lord! Misti was able to help with Lila. She took her and Ellie James to the pool with some friends. Here's a pic of our very brave Vail!

Well, that's the latest info on the Garner/Wartes crew! Be sure to stop by the stores, we will be getting HUGE shipments in for the weekend! Also, check out our new line, Judith March!! Absolutely adorable! And we'll post some pics from the beach trip when we get back! :)

Summertime Fun

We can't believe it's almost been a week since we've posted anything on our blog!! We have been so busy enjoying the summer with our kids, and keeping up with all that's happening at the stores! Feel like we never get any rest, but we love every minute of it!

We just got the chance to take our sweet girls to get some much needed pampering at Tranquility Spa! (Well, except Luci Jett, she's not quite old enough yet- ha!) They had a blast!

(From left to right: Ellie James, Lila, Vail)

And just to take a moment to brag on my sister (this is Misti, by the way), Ginger was in a half-marathon on Saturday out at Renaissance in Ridgeland. I was soooo proud of her. Just 12 weeks after having a baby!!!! Very impressive! This pic is of her, and one of our besties, Mandy! She did a great job too!

And to make our Saturday even better, we enjoyed double dating with our amazing hubbies at Pan Asia!!! We love it there! And of course, love to spend some quality time with our hubbies!

This week, the boys have been at basketball camp and the girls are taking swimming lessons! It's been pretty chaotic around our houses! We're planning a trip to LA Market next week! Just still working on some of the details!

Be sure to stop by the stores! We have new shipments arriving for the weekend! Come get that perfect outfit for whatever the occassion!

We also have lots of the new boH cuff bracelets in!! They're only $22! But they are going fast!!!!

Hey!! We are so glad you are checking out our new MiGi's Boutique Blog! For those of you who are new to MiGi's, we want to take some time to introduce ourselves and our family to you. We thank God for His Hand on our businesses and Praise Him for all He has done for us!
